Airport Arrival Instructions: Please call your driver on the number provided within 1 hour upon landing to confirm you are at the airport. Your driver will guide you through to the pick-up location. Drivers are not permitted to stop and wait or leave the vehicle unattended at anytime, your driver will only proceed to the location of the pickup once you are ready for collection.They will wait somewhere safe to park, which could be anywhere from 8 to 15 minutes away. When you are ready to be picked up, please let your driver know, and they will come to the pick-up location.
If you have booked Meet and Greet:
Minicab From Heathrow Airport Terminal 2: Once you enter the arrivals hall turn right, walk about 10-20 steps and you will see Travelex currency exchange desk. Your driver will be standing in front of it holding the sign (placard) with your name written on it. It is vital that you contact your driver/representative within 1 hour after landing to confirm you are at the airport. For Domestic arrivals: Once you enter the arrivals hall, you will see Marks and Spencer. Your driver will be standing in front of it holding a sign with your name written on it.
